What is the return window?

14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing may add 2–3 additional days.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Contact us immediately at support@cat-boutique.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Are any items non-returnable?

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. Items showing signs of use are not eligible for a full refund.
