Shipping Policy

We ship to the United Kingdom and Germany. Delivery availability and any product-specific shipping information are shown on the relevant product pages.

1. Delivery times

Our standard delivery time from your order is 7 to 12 business days to the United Kingdom and 6 to 12 business days to Germany. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Pieces dispatched from our UK warehouse (our large cat trees and wall trees — noted on the product page) arrive within 4 to 7 business days, with complimentary delivery.

In the interest of transparency: our pieces are dispatched directly by our manufacturing partner and imported on your behalf. This is why delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse — in return, you receive your piece without intermediaries. Should a delivery be delayed unexpectedly, we will inform you by e-mail without delay.

Delivery costs

United Kingdom: £3.99 per order; free on orders of £90 or more.
Germany: delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
The delivery cost is shown separately at checkout before you place your order.

2. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with tracking details. You can also follow your order at cat-boutique.com/track.

3. Import charges — Germany

Our pieces are dispatched by our manufacturing partner from a warehouse outside the EU.

Consignments with a value of up to €150: German import VAT is paid on import through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). No customs duty or import charges are due from you; the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Consignments with a value above €150: the IOSS scheme is limited by law to consignments of up to €150. For higher values, import VAT (19%), any customs duty and a clearance fee charged by the carrier may become payable on import. These charges are not included in our price, are set by the customs authorities or the carrier, and are payable by you on delivery. Their amount depends on the value and type of goods and cannot be stated exactly in advance; on request to support@cat-boutique.com we will give you an estimate before you order.

4. Import charges — United Kingdom

All our UK prices include UK VAT, which we account for to HM Revenue & Customs. Nothing further is due on delivery.

Under UK rules this applies to consignments with a value of £135 or less. So that you are never asked to pay import VAT, customs duty or carrier clearance fees on delivery, UK orders are limited to £135 per order. If your basket exceeds this amount, please remove a piece or place a second order.

Pieces dispatched from our UK warehouse (our large cat trees and wall trees) are not imported, so no import charges apply to them and they do not count towards this limit.

5. Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure the delivery address given at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Returns

We will provide the return address once you have registered a return. Please do not send items back without prior arrangement. Full details of your right to cancel and the cost of returns are set out in our Refund Policy.
