What is the return window?
14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing may add 2–3 additional days.
What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
Start a return above and select 'Arrived damaged or faulty' with a photo. Faulty items are always covered at no cost to you — and we'll often arrange a replacement or refund without asking you to send the item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is yours. For anything that is our fault — damaged, faulty, wrong, or not as described — we cover it.
Are any items non-returnable?
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. Items showing signs of use are not eligible for a full refund.
